Is there a data filter currently applied to the displayed information?
Ensure the charts above the asset summary aren’t limiting data. Clicking an Arc Chart series filters the Map and Vehicle Table below. If a chart is highlighted and others dimmed, it’s filtering. Click the highlighted status to clear the filter.
Is the time range limiting the displayed information?
If your data isn’t accurate or up-to-date, check for a time range filter. It might be limiting the data displayed.
Are the correct fleets selected to display the correct information?
It’s possible that the fleets selected in the left bare are limiting the displayed information.
Are there any faults monitored in the assets?
A registered fault with your asset might disrupt data transfer.
When was the last heartbeat received?
