When adding a new driver or edit an existing driver, the software will ask driver’s contact information and specific information fields. None of these are required fields, they are all optional when creating a driver.

Unique Number

The unique number is assigned directly by the company to the driver.

Pin Number

The pin number facilitates the driver’s login to their vehicle using a third-party device, typically through a screen or number pad.

Driver ID Key#

The Driver ID Key# is provided to drivers through a tag, which they utilize for logging into their vehicle using a third-party device, commonly RFID or a key fob.
