Is the time range limiting the displayed information?
If your data isn’t accurate or up-to-date, check for a time range filter. It might be limiting the data displayed.
Are the correct fleets selected to display the correct information?
It’s possible that the fleets selected in the left bare are limiting the displayed information.
Is the alert active and/or enabled?
If you are not receiving alerts, it can be that your alert is not active or disabled.
