What’s new?
- Created a Help Centre with resources available on the use of the software, which is now easily accessible from the left-hand side menu.
- Updated the static pages to align with the App functionality; you can now set a priority, leave comments, mark events as reviewed, and even reclassify them.
- Expanded the Event Review widget in the Dashboard to show all comments and audit trails.
- View drivers from MTData Integration in the Driver page so that phone numbers can be set.
- The fleet now appears on the SM Event details card.
- Re-enabled creating a Zendesk ticket if there’s been a name change in the GMD – FIP contact.
