Important:
ACE must be enabled via Beta Features in your MyGeotab user settings. If it’s not switched on, it won’t appear.
Live Chat with Geotab Support
You can contact Geotab Support directly from within your MyGeotab database.
How to access Live Chat:
- Open MyGeotab
- Go to Sidebar → Support
- Select Live Chat with Geotab
- A blue “Live Chat” banner appears on the right-hand side
- Enter your question to connect with a support agent
